[PRL] Please don't use deadbolt as a doorstop

I didn't want to interrupt at today's talk, but please DO NOT use the
deadbolt in 366, or any other room, as a prop to keep the door open.

This damages the lock and pretty quickly results in a door that will
neither open nor close.

This has been a perennial problem in the classroom downstairs.
