[PRL] POPL aftermath: Wed @ 1145

I've gotten a request to reschedule due to the weather.  I'm thinking one of

1. Thursday morning around 10:30
2. Friday afternoon around 3

this week.  Please let me know if you have a strong preference for one
of those time (or for staying put with Wednesday).
