Does anyone have access to a copy of Knuth's original attribute grammars paper?

       Computing Systems, Vol. 2 No. 2, pp. 127-145, 1968.

Or the corrected version?

     Donald E. Knuth. Semantics of Context-Free Languages (correction).
       Theory of Computing Systems, Vol. 5 No. 1, pp 95-96, 1971.

Springer has the article, but apparently Northeastern doesn't pay enough to get copies of their 
early publications.
