[PRL] best AOSD 2010 paper

The enclosed paper won the AOSD 2010 best paper award. It heavily uses PRL
members and friends work: Shriram (AspectScheme), Matthias (PLT Redex) and
Mitch (AspectJ semantics and reflective towers of interpreters).
