[PRL] HOPL is back

On popular demand, History of Programming Languages

is back. This PhD seminar-course is intended to create expertise on various PL-ish topics around the lab, and it certainly succeeded last time we ran it (2004). If you are interested in understanding how it works and how it affects you, please ask the last few remaining survivors (out of 16) around the lab before they disappear (Carl, Felix, Ryan, Sam). 

Please share the announcement with PhD students (not MS, not UGs) who might be on the periphery of PL but could possibly benefit from the seminar.
