Ok, so when you say you want the pages in an order such that the pages
are, um, collated (1 2 3, 1 2 3, 1 2 3, vs. 111 222, 333) I would
guess you would need to select that.

Can you pass this info back on to the prl list? cc'ing the list from
the trouble ticket system isn't letting mail back on to the list.
