Honestly, you hardly need a special meter. Just go to Radio Shack, buy
an ammeter and some wire cutters. Use the wire cutters to remove the
leads on the ammeter. The thing will be right 90% of the time (a good
engineering approximation).
Keep your fingers crossed and in fifteen years they'll be re-invented,
called `Pythonic macros' and everyone will love them.
