[PRL] A new LISP book

When I ported Barendregt's word to macros, I had no clue I would  
introduce an intelligence meter for PL people:

It is so easy to tell now whether people understand basic ideas or  
not. Anyone who says stuff like this, has never penetrated basic  
macros, not to speak of our syntax system.
