[PRL] Printing the ICFP Local-Arrangements pages

Cute. On my mac, Firefox exhibits the same behavior. It seems to be  
this bug:

Safari seems to handle the page reasonably well:

   http://www.ccs.neu.edu/home/riccardo/tmp/icfp2007-local-info.pdf


Two possibilities:

1) Just mail me the urls of the pages you want, and I'll print them :)

2) "save page as"/web page,complete, fire up a text editor with  
the .shtml file that gets produced, delete the line that says <div  
id="content"> around line 50 (between "wrapper" and "header"), save,  
load the saved file in firefox and print. That appears to do it.
