[PRL] Time to register for G264 Semantics

Hi folks--

Agnes advises me that so far only one student has registered for semantics
G264.  I know that more people than that should be taking this course-- at
least all the 2nd year students in PRL should be there.

Please sign up asap so Agnes won't bug me and the course won't get cancelled
at the last minute.
