[PRL] 400 Bad Request at svn.plt-scheme.org

Hi, I'm trying to do an svn update from my hotel here in LA, but I get the
following message:

Error: REPORT request failed on '/usr/!svn/vcc/default'
Error: REPORT of '/usr/!svn/vcc/default': 400 Bad Request (
http://svn.plt-scheme.org)

I'm presumably behind a firewall of some sort here, but http seems to be
working, since I'm happily using gmail.

Any ideas?  I'd be unhappy if this was something that wasn't going away
soon...
