Very interesting.  The authors clearly did a thorough literature search;
in particular, they found Andrew Tanenbaum's essential warning, "never
underestimate the bandwidth of a station wagon full of tapes."
Unfortunately, they missed later research on the same topic, which has
expanded the warning: "...or a 747 filled with DVDs."

Their omission is all the more surprising because this later research
appears to be considered general knowledge.  In other words, googling
for it couldn't find a definitive citation, and, of course, If It Isn't
In Google, It Doesn't Exist (TM).
