Burundi is special, but I believe it has nothing to do with its  
network connection.

Burundi has its own line in the host table, and this makes it  
possible to open and close specific ports to the outside world.  EG,  
I can ssh to it from outside, which I believe is not possible with  
other community-port machines.  As I understand it, though, this has  
nothing to do with ... well, I shouldn't say that without being  
sure.  Check with systems.

I see that you're not admin.

It should be easy to add you; I would use nicl, the netinfo command- 
line tool.  In fact, I'd do it right now if I could figure out what  
'database' to specify.  Okay, let me keep poking.
