[PRL] CRA Computing Leadership Summit report

As always with summits like this one, the people are uninformed and 
only invite the people that confirm their uninformedness.

Example: the idea of delivering a high school course that shows IT in 
action has been tackled by industry in big style, dubbed Academy of 
Information Technology. They have gathered money at the right level, 
with even higher goals, they have created a few dozen master schools, 
and are aiming for 300 schools.
