[PRL] FYI: Lock on door into WVH 308

Just an FYI:

Facilities has just replaced the lock on the door into WVH 308, fixing
the problem by which you could jimmy the door open without a card.  The
new lock should have been programmed with everyone's card and PIN.  (I
was able to open the door, anyway.)

However, the tech was not able to reprogram the open-from-10-to-6
behavior, so you'll need to card yourself in until we get DNB to deal
with that once he's back in the office next week.
