[PRL] G264: Two items

1.  It would be handy if you all subscribed yourselves to the G264
    mailing list, at https://lists.ccs.neu.edu/bin/listinfo/csg264 .
    Then I won't bother all of prl with course-specific mail, etc.

2.  I've put up a copy of Nielson and Nielson's 1992 text, Semantics
    with Applications at
    http://www.ccs.neu.edu/course/csg264/NielsonNielson92.pdf .  It's
    a little dated, and it centers on while-loops, but Shriram says
    it's his favorite semantics text.  So enjoy!
