Mor's work is really cool.  I think she's largely responsible for the
current understanding of heavy-tailed distributions in server
workloads.

PLT's Web server doesn't exploit any of this for now for the simple
reason that our emphasis has been almost entirely on
dynamically-generated pages.  The results of hers that I know of are a
bit dated in that they only address static document serving, while
most content these days is dynamically-generated.

I'm not aware of results on dynamic documents composed of lots of
mostly-static documents, etc.  It's a much messier world to model, but
it's the world we live in.

The other question is whether the problems her protocols solve really
apply to medium-scale Web sites, or indeed anything under the size of
CNN-like sites.  I don't know what the numbers on this are, either.
