I'm in!

I finally got in touch with David and after a couple rounds between me, 
him, and the desk sergeant at NUPD, the message finally got through 
that research and teaching students employeed by the university are 
allowed in along with faculty and staff. The only problem is that, at 
least as of this moment, they don't have a good way to identify who 
those people are, so if you want in the building today you'll have to 
convince the guard that you legitimately work here.
