[PRL] White labels + pink hiliters

Having run out of pink labels for moving, the front office gave me white
labels and pink hiliters so that we could produce our own pink labels.
Should anyone have any early-morning, day-of-move labelling to do, use
those.

However, the hiliters do belong to the kind folks in the front office, so
don't run off with them.  I'll return them tomorrow once any and all
labelling looks to be completed.
