[PRL] Seating chart

I don't understand why there was no notice that the actual, physical
sign-up for seats in the new building would be today, or why the seating
chart was reset without many of us who thought we'd already taken care of
signing up for seats being told.  I think "word of mouth within Egan 222"
is insufficient for such decisions, and hopefully this mailing list can be
put to good use in the future.
