[PRL] Re: Environmental Acquisition Design Pattern

The Environmental Acquisition paper describes a new abstraction
mechanism, not a pattern.  But writing up a design pattern for
Environmental Acquisition is actually a good idea.  Such a
pattern would be useful in languages that do not support
Acquisition.  I would be glad to collaborate on writing this
up with an interested student.  Any volunteers?
