I am looking for two bits of emacs code (with high enough priority to
ask, but not high enough to sit down and write them):

1. Something like M-x browse-url-at-point, but which instead
interactivly asks for a search string and ships off a request to
    google (call it M-x google).

2. I've got a small database of pithy .sig's. I need something to
randomly grab one of them and insert it into the buffer (call it
    M-x fortune).

Somebody else in the world has got to have done stuff like this. Does
anybody here know of such code?
