Introducing Rust

Rust is a new systems language being developed by Mozilla
that aims to be safe, concurrent, and fast. Its design uses proven
technologies associated with functional languages while retaining
significant control over program performance. I will discuss the
language as a whole, and then talk in depth about Rust's
Scheme-influenced macro system, the area that I contributed to.
