[Pl-seminar] next NEPLS: July 17 @ MITRE

Hi all,

Joshua Guttman of MITRE has very graciously offered to host the next
NEPLS meeting.  This will be on Thu, July 17, at MITRE, which is in
Bedford, MA, just off Rte. 128.  The POPL deadline is Tue, July 15, so
we know you will all be full of ideas that you're itching to tell the
rest of the world about.  So come tell us about it!
