Additionally, please read the note about RSVPing. It's important, so
please do so.

Finally, consider yourself pinged about submitting a talk proposal (the
hard deadline is this Friday). Yes, feel free to do something really
unusual, like _not_ waiting for the last minute before sending us your
talk proposal!
