[Pl-seminar] Spam on this list

I just noticed an obvious spam that was apparently sent out on the
pl-seminar list.

I don't know how this happened, since the list is run by a mailman
server, so that all mail from non-members gets moderated by me (and
usually discarded, to avoid attracting future spam).

I am investigating, and will let you know the results.

Just wanted to let you know that we do have anti-spam controls in
place for pl-seminar.  My apologies for this breach.
