[PL-sem-jr] Plans for the summer

We're going to be learning denotation semantics for the next 4-6 weeks,
starting with reading out of Winskel.

After that, we will look a t JITs (based upon Jan's recommendations).

We might also have talks about Hindley-Milner, Unification, the
Spineless-Tagless G-machine or other functional language implementation
techniques, and Kent Dybvig's thesis.
