The impact of the upcoming 12/28 downtime (WVH power outage from
8:00-14:00) will be as follows:

* All workstations will be unavailable:
  * venom
  * mystique
  * mr-freeze
  * kingpin
  * two-face
  * joker
  * juggernaut
  * riddler
  * lex-luthor
  * penguin

* Mail delivery (addresses @crew.ccs.neu.edu) will be suspended

The file server (krypton) should not be affected.
