The feature might be orthogonal to your prototype of ERR5RS.

For example, I do not know whether your ERR5RS prototype is going to  
require the use of the (library ...) form (or at least Van Tonder's  
expander) to get syntax imports at compile time.

In any case, I am still curious to know how our user base feels about  
the importance of this feature.
