[Larceny-users] Libraries and syntax-case (van Tonder) implementation update

I played with it last night and its fantastic.  I did a quick and dirty
and hacked ex:repl into the larceny repl and was able to do a bit of
interactive library stuff at the top level.

Really nice work Andre.  Thank you.
