Some of you will need a reference when you apply for a full-time position
or a COOP position. I recently wrote a recommendation for a student who
contributed to one of the playgrounds and I pointed the company directly to
his code on SourceForge. He got his job.

It is good to leave your name at least once in the components you
wrote/changed.
