[Cs5500] [Cs4800] MMG counting tournament tonight

Hi All,

The MMG counting tournament has been scheduled for 8.15 PM at the usual
tvtennis server. I will approve enrollments every 5 mins.

Also although the latest version in sourceforge is version 78, please
ensure you use version 76 for this tournament.
