David's feedback has been valuable in the past. He writes:

It looks like that the full round-robin property still does not hold.

Please debug this situation. Haoran has worked on this before. Everybody
should take an interest. Can Srinivas help?

I think this change to the baby avatar may have some hints as to what my
problem was.

This change being the key:

I had based my avatar off what the baby avatar was doing (until 3 hours
before our tournament).
Since 1 - 1 = 0, I probably wasn't actually making any proposals.  That
still leaves the question of
why there's no log of this in the form of smart or raw histories.
