[Cs5500] Kickout Scope Fixed

Hello Professor,

Please find attached the Screen Shots for the Kickout Scope Fix. As per the requirement the scope is now reduced to one binary game and 
we can now see a change in reputation in the smart history file. The Reason for the kickout can be seen in the raw history file. This will not confuse the undergrads as to who won the BinaryGame and is a elegant fix.

@Liao : I will be sending this package to you, can you please merge it with the main genericSCG.
