[Cs5500] urgent task: community auditor

We have the urgent task of writing a community auditor to automate the task
that the
undergraduate class has done manually so far.

We have a meeting in my office at 9.30 am and I am available until 1.30 pm,
except from 11.45 am - 12.15 pm.
