[Cs5500] UPDATE ON CONFIGURATION PARAMETER CHANGE

Professor,

We have introduced the new configuration parameters in SCG court that makes
the playground flexible.
We ran tournaments with configurations that had various combinations of
these parameter which helped
us test this feature. Kindly let us know how do we hand in the results of
this task. Do we update the
SVN with our current version of SCG ? or do we submit it on the blackboard.
