[Cs5500] Delivering Software to Undergraduate Class

Hi Professor,

We can also setup SVN server on CCIS network, just like we do in PDP. It
solves two problems.

1. No need to upload latest version of source code on every time you make
changes
2. The code will automatically reside on CCIS network

It can also be used as version control system.
