[Cs5500] Spartan's Maintenance Modules

Hi Srinivas:

if I remember correctly, you have selected a group of components
that were all developed by one team of 3 students in the spring:
Rick Keilty, Patrick Lannigan and James Vega.

I include Rick in the cc in case the Spartan's need some high-level input
from the original designers. The day-to-day decisions that were made
in the Spring are here:
