Here you see the issues with setting up our svn system.

We need as soon as possible nice avatar = group names.
Please send them as soon as possible to Haoran and me.

Hi Haoran,

Sorry for the late response, but I think you may want to rethink your
svn.access setup:

> [groups]
> team1 = mohnish,liaoy,njay
> team2 = bmadhu84,kamath,karan
> team3 = haoran,n89nanda,tkoc
> team4 = ashish,jlowell

I'd have to double check, but I believe that this ("[/]") is not a valid
entry.

The two real problems, however, are:

> [scgcourtf11:/SCGCourt]
> * = rw

This will let *anyone* with a valid CCIS account (OR guest account on the
Trac server) read and modify this directory. This is several thousand
people. Are you sure you want to do this?

> [scgcourtf11:/team1]
> @team1 = rw
> [scgcourtf11:/team2]
> @team2 = rw
> [scgcourtf11:/team3]
> @team3 = rw
> [scgcourtf11:/team4]
> @team4 = rw

You have made no provision here for course staff (eg: Karl & TAs) to be
able to see student's work. Most courses want the faculty to be able to
see the students' work. Is this intentional?

Finally: We should have a system which allows each project to be ignorant
of each other project, but this is not our current setup. As such, could
you please use group names that include the project name? We host many svn
repos on trac.ccs, and you are not the only person to want the group names
"team1, team2, etc." I could change this for you, but it will be faster
for us to process future updates if you change this in the configs you
send us.

Also, if you could send these configs either in your email body or as a
.txt attachment, that would further simplify things for us. Thanks!

Best,

-Chris Allison
