[Cs5500] Final acceptance testing and code comments

And sorry if that was confusing, I didn't realize Paarth only emailed me,
not the class, so you probably didn't get the notice about the server
needing the latest build.

Anyway, the latest build has been deployed, and I updated the HSR config to
have a maxN of 1500.
