[Cs5500] Tournament on Wednesday on CCIS machines

I think it makes a lot of sense. I was about to send a similar message.

Can we start the two tournaments (CSP and HSR) at 4 pm so that by 6 pm
we have the results
for our meeting with Ahmed in Snell Library?
