[Cs5500] New unit tests

Test teams,

I've noticed others are starting to address smaller bugs in the
TournamentManager and other SCG Court classes.  I've started to write a
series of JUnit tests against that code so we have high confidence in its
working ability after each commit.  I will be adding these tests over the
next couple days, please let me know if you find any issues on the build box
with these new tests.
