[Cs5500] white-space feature for DemeterF

Hi Bryan:

DemeterF has worked very well for SCG Court and numerous playgrounds.

While DemeterF provides 4 easy to use pretty-printing commands *s,*l,+,- it
is inconvenient for the playground designer to have to learn and properly
use those 4 commands.

Would it make sense to add an additional generation option called -whiteSpace
to DemeterF which guarantees that the print function adds one space
between tokens.
This will guarantee that the sentence will parse after it has been transmitted
through the wire.

The -whiteSpace option will simplify the life of playground designers.
