[Cs5500] Regarding CSP avatar submission

Hi Professor,

We were working on adapting our CSP avatar to work with the new SCG courts
system. In the previous legacy system, we could run the admin and avatar
locally to see if the avatar could communicate properly and is not getting
kicked out. But currently we don't have a working admin to test with so I
was wondering if we could extend the deadline for this submission until the
admin is ready so we could test our avatar.
