[Cs5500] Expanded configuration file

Reading the documentation document, I did not find the new expanded
configuration file.
We decided to expand the configuration file making it a complete
playground definition.
Who has designed or is in the process of designing the config file?
BostonChargers or Astro.

Please point me to the current design. We said to have something like
this in config:
