[Cs4800] Reg: HSR Counting Tournament

Hi David and Nimrod:

thank you for taking the initiative. I will take interest in those
additional tournaments.
But of course, participation is completely optional.

I consider this as a useful experiment in better understanding our
algorithmic
testing and evaluation system and finding out who can handle the largest
instance.

I will soon send out a message to the class about retiring all avatars on
Blackboard
for manual evaluation.

But this should not prevent further evaluation for those who are
interested.
