[Cs4800] Counting tournament tonight at 10 pm

Matt,

I don't think this disadvantages people who successfully boot players (they
will get +3 points as will everyone else). The graders will simply fix up
the points after the tournament. It is not ideal but as long as the grades
get fixed I don't see an issue.

If an avatar is kicked out, someone who might have lost to that avatar may
get a lucky extra 3 points. However, they will likely lose to other avatars
anyhow, which is a nice feature of the round-robin.

TL;DR: Tonight's scoring system isn't perfect but I think the issue is minor
