[Cs4800] Tonight's Tournament

Hi,

It appears there was rampant cheating in tonight's warm-up.

My avatar fielded requests where N>1000, and was also handed 
scg.protocol.ForAllExistsMax and scg.protocol.ForAllExistsEquals.
