[Cs4800] Additional Tournament / Tournament Schedule

I'm not getting any response from either tank.ccs.neu.edu or tvtennis.ccs.neu.edu.

Anyone that wants a little more warning: 

I'm running tournament at 8:00pm tonight.

Signup at: http://eagle.ccs.neu.edu:7007/signup (you can signup now)

I'll probably start approving accounts sometime around 6 or 7:00.  After that you can enroll
and register your avatar whenever.
